The Union Internationale Motonautique (UIM) have posted their first provisional 2019 UIM XCAT World Championship calendar.

The series kicks off in the emirate of Fujairah on the east coast of the UAE and then moves on to Yanbu in Saudi Arabia in March.

The Yanbu Municipality last hosted a race in March 2017 when the Class3-225 Offshore World Championship was held there.

It’s then proposed that the XCAT’s will race in Europe twice and then move on to China for races in Shanghai and Hangzhou.

The season finale is pencilled in for the UAE.
